The Eel Ground First Nation (Natoaganeg) Recreation Feasibility Study, led by Architecture49 with Nustadia Recreation Inc. as the operational and business consultant and WSP Canada providing engineering support, explores the development of a new multi-purpose recreation and community facility. The study assesses existing infrastructure, community needs, and programming priorities to create a culturally responsive and sustainable recreation model. Through engagement with Eel Ground leadership and residents, the project identifies feasible design concepts, operational frameworks, and funding pathways that promote wellness, cultural connection, and long-term community growth.
