Feasibility Study & Business Case, Hamilton, ON
The Sport Hamilton Multi-Sport Indoor Facility Feasibility Study and Business Case, prepared by Nustadia Recreation Inc., evaluated the development of a new regional indoor sport complex for the City of Hamilton, Ontario. The study addressed the city’s growing need for accessible, high-quality sport and recreation venues, focusing on basketball, volleyball, and track and field facilities. The proposed concept featured a large multi-sport centre with nine full-size courts, a 200-metre indoor track, and seating for up to 2,000 spectators.
