The Antigonish Arena By-Law and Policy Development Project, completed by Nustadia Recreation Inc., provided a comprehensive governance and operational framework for the jointly managed arena serving the Town and County of Antigonish, Nova Scotia. The project included the development of updated By-Laws, a Community Access Plan, and a Financial Reporting and Control System to modernize the Arena’s management structure and enhance transparency and accountability. Through consultation with municipal representatives, facility users, and stakeholders—including St. Francis Xavier University and local sport organizations—Nustadia established policies supporting equitable access, financial sustainability, and effective board governance. The resulting documents provide a clear, adaptable framework for long-term operational excellence and community partnership.
