The University of Saskatchewan Recreation Facility Study evaluates the feasibility of developing a modern, multi-use recreation complex to meet current and future campus and community needs. The study examines existing facility conditions, user demand, and partnership opportunities to inform a comprehensive plan for sustainable recreation infrastructure. Through engagement with stakeholders, benchmarking, and financial analysis, the project identifies preferred development options and governance models that balance accessibility, affordability, and long-term operational viability. The resulting plan provides a roadmap for phased facility renewal and expansion that enhances student experience and community engagement.
