VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

As Vice President, Business Development for Nustadia Recreation Inc. (NRI), Nicholas (Nick) Frizzell leads the company’s national business development efforts, including major proposals, strategic partnerships and client relationship development across Canada.

Working with NRI’s senior leadership team, Nick helps identify and pursue new opportunities, assemble project teams and position NRI’s consulting, development and facility operations services. He also provides regional oversight of NRI’s Eastern Canada operational portfolio, including facilities in Moncton and the Halifax Regional Municipality, with a focus on financial performance, capital planning, major projects and operational support.

Nick is also actively involved in recreation consulting assignments, including feasibility studies, business planning, operational reviews, procurement, facility development and pre-opening planning.

​

Prior to joining NRI, Nick completed strategic consulting work with the City of Fredericton, the Town of Oromocto and the Government of New Brunswick. His professional interests include recreation facility development, municipal service delivery, public-private partnerships, strategic planning and recreation operations.
