William P Wilder Arena & Sports Complex

Located at Upper Canada College in Toronto, this twin pad arena houses one NHL size ice pad and one Olympic size ice pad. The majority of the financial cost of the facility was raised within the UCC community from benefactors, parents and alumni. Completed in 2009 and now in full operation, users include extensive school and student programs, local adult user groups and surrounding community hockey associations that all have access to the facility. In addition to the Arena there is also an indoor Tennis facility, a FIFA Approved artificial turf field of which part is bubbled in the winter, and gymnasiums.

Managed and Operated by Nustadia Recreation Inc, this LEED Certified state of the art facility is the first "green" arena complex at a Canadian independent school, with significant environmentally sensitive and cost-effective heating and cooling infrastructures.
