Mike Bigelli

Manager of Operations, Nustadia Recreation Inc.

Mike brings over 22 years of managerial experience in all facets of arena and facility management. Prior to joining NRI, he worked in the United Kingdom as the Director of Operations for Legoland Windsor Park, Britain's premier theme park.

He has been involved in numerous other projects from construction through to facility management. His extensive background includes the following:

• Sarnia Sports and Entertainment Centre -GM
• Ice Gardens at York University -GM
• Skydome - Director of Operations
• Canada's Wonderland - Attractions Manager
• Peterborough Memorial Centre
• Ali Sami Yen Stadium - Turkey
• Cardiff Sports Village - Wales
• Boseman Ice Centre - Montana
• Iroquois Park - Whitby

Mr. Bigelli is a member of IAAM (International Association of Auditorium Managers), IAAPA (International Association for Amusement Parks and Attractions), and ORFA (Ontario Recreation Facilities Association), Maintenance.

Training and Certifications include:

• Public and Media Relations (BBC)
• Public Assembly Facility Management Certificate
• Special Situation Crisis Management Training
• Leadership Through Team Building
• Emergency Planning Certificate
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• National Referee Certification Program, Level IV
• National Coaching Certification Program, Level II

He has a Bachelor Degree in Physical and Health Education, Honours, from the University of Toronto.
